Some stamps from Rwanda are presented today... in my opinion all these period of the 60's and 70's has very beautiful stamps..a first and superficial view , tell us that these are simple stamps , with no secrets.. In this case I cannot have other view than this general one..
series 8 1970 "African National Costumes (2nd series)" [the 1st series is from 1968.. I have 6 stamps of that series , but I have already classify them.. so....]
