Uniforms

New Entries

The stamps from Spain that I present today are divided mostly in Military and Sports stamps...
They all are very common stamps from the 60's, 70's and 80's..

These are stamps from individual series "Army Day" from 1979 to 1983..
I would like to emphasis that the printing of the stamps I show today is highly irregular and that , was for me a surprise..  the printing is sometimes good and sometimes very bad with great lack of detail... I don't find any reason for this...

Here we have a real "Must Have" situation!! it is a series that was first issued in 1973 and ended in 1978... there are IX sub-series of 5 stamps each.. the series show's the evolution of Military uniforms from the three branches of the Armed forces , from the Discovery days to the first years of XX Century... the Printing irregularity that I was talking about , is clearly shown in these series with great stamps and very poor stamps... but in general I think this is a  highly recommendable series..

not anymore with military or sports stamps, we have now some stamps from a series commemorative of the Spanish Monarchs of the House of Bourbon (there is a stamp from King Juan Carlos I , who also belongs to this Royal House..)

The right stamp is from a series of 3 trios of se-tenant stamps .. each one of these trios has different values and this one is the last (As you can see there is a missing stamp in this trio...)
